Return and Refund Policy

At PURECALM, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products that meet your needs. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at refund@pure-calm.com with your order number and reason for return. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions.

Please Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We cannot accept returns for final sale items, customized products, or gift cards.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will only cover the price of the product(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@pure-calm.com with details of the product and the issue. We will either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

- Damaged item claims must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Please include photos of the damaged/defective item in your initial email.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at refund@pure-calm.com.

6. Order Cancellations

We accept cancellations only if your order has not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@pure-calm.com. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Shipping

You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
